Carbon steel seamless pipes are produced by round solid quarters that are being pushed, pulled and heated over a structure unless the carbon steel forms a shape of a hollow tube. And the tubes are also manufacturing is also a very tough process in which enormous billets of steel are heated to the floating temperature by which shells are formed. Tubes are made by rolling the shell. In the process of making Electric Resistance Welding (ERW) metal is rolled and then welding is done lengthwise over its length. In the result of which there is a joint in the ERW pipes but in seamless pipes there is no joint in its complete length.
Plug Mill technology is used to manufacture the high dia segment and for the 7 inches, Pipes and Tubes CPE technology is used. Both these pipes and tubes are commonly used across the world. Welded and Seamless are the two most common types of pipes and tubes. ERW pipes are commonly known as welded pipes. A53 is the very common specification for the ERW pipes. No welding is required for the process of manufacturing seamless pipe .A106B is the specification for the seamless carbon steel pipe.
Seamless And ERW tubing is drawn to manufacture the last element resistance. A performance in which a tube is pulling through a die is called Drawing. The manufacturing process of both the pipes and tuber are different from each other. Carbon steel is assembling by carbon and iron with the percentage of carbon which is varying that helps in grade determination. It has good heat distributer because of its melting point. Carbon Steel Seamless & ERW Pipes & Tubes are applied in Rails, Pipeline, Transport oil and gas, transport sewage, transport steam, chemical processing, etc.
The entire required tests like hardness, chemical tests are performed duly before the delivery to maintain the quality. The packaging is done in the wooden boxes, hexagonal bundles, steel/wooden crates, special crates for U-bend tubes with separated radius, and packaging for carbon steel seamless Pipe as per customer's requirement.
