It is a flexible steel nickel-molybdenum-tungsten-chromium alloy having the magnify stress corrosion cracking, resistance to pitting and crevice corrosion. In all types of atmospheres, this alloy has an outstanding corrosion resistance because it is a nickel-chromium-molybdenum alloy with a mixture of tungsten.
There are two types of Hastelloy C22/C276 Pipes &tubes. The first one is Hastelloy Seamless Pipes and Tubes- These pipes and tubes are manufactured by drawing out them from a quarter and after that give it to the final size by6 cold-drawing. These are having features like uniform dimensions, corrosion resistance, cost-effectiveness, and consistency. These pipes are manufactured by plate rolling and then weld the seamless alloy to make pipes. Methods like laser, high-frequency process of welding and TIG is used for making pipes.

Hastelloy Cold Drawn Pipes and Tubes- When compare to the hot-rolled tubes and pipes cold drawn provide good machinability, increased strength, and constant liberality. The work efficiency of these pipes is higher because their microstructure is very constant and also having increased physical belongings. Hastelloy C22/C276 Pipes & Tubes manufacture by mechanical treatments, or by electroplating and either by machinability. These Pipes and tubes come in four forms that are cut length, round, rectangular and square. The length of the pipes and tubes are double random, single random and also cut length. They come in five types like ERW, Welded, Fabricated, LSAW pipes and seamless with a plain, threaded and beveled end.
Hastelloy C22/C276 Pipes & Tubes are applied in various applications such as Fuel gas scrubbers, acid production, and pickling systems, chlorination systems, cellophane manufacturing, pesticide production, sour gas wells, waste treatment, Waste paper processing, pesticide production, pollution control stack liners, ducts, dampers, scrubbers, stack-gas re-heaters, fans and fan holdings, incineration scrubber systems, etc. We also perform several testing on our products to ensure the quality of them.
