These Hastelloy Forged Fittings are made from Nickel, chromium, an iron alloy which is further added with copper and molybdenum. These fitting are heated between the temperature 1200 degree F and 2250 degree F with temperature control. These fittings have resistance to inter-granular corrosion. It also has stress corrosion cracking resistance as well as resistance to the welded condition. These fittings have excellent resistance to chloride corrosion and also avoid cracking. They also show excellent mechanical properties and fabricability.
