Our Alloy Steel F9 Threaded Flanges can be steam – cleaned and sterilized and does not need paint or other surface finishes. Alloy Steel F9 Flanges are made up of chromium molybdenum steel alloy and therefore have a high rupture resistance. They are also preferred due to their light weight because of the low carbon and high alloy nature. It is very much resistant to sulfide corrosion cracking, and can also withstand hydrogen attacks.
F9 threaded flange is known to be extremely ductile, durable and tough. Apart from these characteristics, these flanges are easy to weld. We perform a number of tests on our flanges to ensure high standard quality. The tests conducted are eddy current testing, hydrostatic testing or ultrasonic examination, NDT and also chemical and physical property inspection. Some of the other tests are chemical analysis, Rockwell hardness test, chemical test, mechanical test, intergranular corrosion test, positive material test, flattening test, flaring test, and third-party inspection and so on.
